So, you’ve decided to enter a Barbeque Contest?

COFaQue rules define a Barbeque “Team” as:

1 captain, 3 team members, a grill, a table and a trash receptacle.

  •  All Teams must be registered before judging begins.

  • Enter as many categories as you like, however, teams may submit only 1 entry per category.

  • Entry fee is $10.00 per team.  This fee grants each team a 12’ x 12’ cook site on competitor’s row and 4 weekend passes. Any additional team members (over 4) will be required to purchase passes in order to receive a wristband.  People will be watching!

  • Teams must also put up $5.00 for each category entered. This fee will constitute the prize money for each category.  If you win the category, you take the pot.
